Hamster has now melted hearts at the TDC: The prestigious “Certificate of Excellence” in the 70th Type Directors Club New York competition. We are ecstatic and are doing a Hamster Dance to celebrate the day.
Designer Joe Stitzlein has achieved a unique feat: Exactly a quarter of a century after his first TDC award for the ITC Tactile typeface, he can put the prize on his shelf for the second time. So we are already planning a congratulatory card for 2049, when he is expected to win his third TDC Award.
