Dispute settlement

The European Commission is setting up a platform for online dispute resolution (OS) between entrepreneurs and consumers. This is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Fontwerk does not take part in the dispute settlement procedure before the universal arbitration board of the Center for Arbitration e.V. (Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, Germany).
