Semi-Custom Font for DuckDuckGo
The US internet company DuckDuckGo was looking for a distinctive typeface that would represent its brand. They wanted a customized version of Pangea to use as the default font in its search engine of the same name.
Lonely Planet
In 2022, the world’s largest provider of independent travel and language guides, Lonely Planet, commissioned Garrett Elizabeth Office with a redesign of the brand. The publisher licensed Pangea and even received some Condensed weights before their official publication.
everso
With authentic photos and video clips, precise text and new fonts, Northlight has taken the music agency Everso’s website and printed materials to another level. The fonts chosen were Pangea Regular and Nikolai Light Italic – a combination of clarity and character.
Wiegel
To mark the hot-dip galvanizing group’s 75th anniversary, Wiegel’s identity was redesigned by the Nuremberg brand agency FYFF. No stone was left unturned. They also focused on clarity and character in the typography: Neue DIN became their corporate typeface.
Katrin Terwiel
With McQueen, Cigarsauerkraut’s art director Enrico Kunze found the perfect match for Psychotherapist Katrin Terwiel’s vision.
Unique Moments
The two Fontwerk typeface families Nice Headline and Pangea Text lay the foundation for the new identity of Unique Moments, the five-day music festival of the Swiss National Museum Zurich.
3466
The Turin-based creative agency Tundra Office was responsible for the visual identity of the renowned literary prize 3466. For the memorable logo, the website and all printed and digital marketing materials, they also used some of Pangea’s styles.
Klinikverbund Südwest
A central aspect of KVSW’s rebranding is the typography, in which the Pangea family plays an essential role. This clear, geometric yet softly formed font design reflects the modern values of the clinic group and is used in both the logo and as the primary font.
Baugenossenschaft Zuffenhausen
The basis of the new BGZ logo is the semibold variant of Neue DIN XWide, which is also used as the corporate font. The capital G in the logo has been modified in such a way that it builds a bridge to its serif predecessor, which served the brand for over 100 years.
Fontwerk.com 2.0 – new, improved and easier to use
Over two years in the making, we are proud and over the moon to finally release our brand new website. With all the new changes, we are not just presenting a new version of our online home, but are taking the next big step with the entire Fontwerk project.
Semi-Custom Font for Seibert
Seibert turned to us because McQueen was already being considered as the new corporate font – as part of the gradual redesign of the visual identity. Two logo fonts were built in just six weeks, which ensure comfortable and safe use of the variants for all employees.
Naturenergie
Together with a large character set, Pangea’s range of services corresponds 100 percent to naturenergie’s brand essence: transparent, clear, powerful.
African Film + Art Festival
‘Choosing a font was vital because we required one that could also handle Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo or Lingala movie or song titles.’, says designer Osmond Tshuma about one of the reasons for picking Pangea Afrikan.
Arcomed
McQueen Grotesk ensures a light, unmistakable appearance both in printed material and on the website of the Swiss Company Arcomed.
Aicono
Typographically, the Aicono brand is carried by McQueen. Designer A. Bjerk explains: ‘McQueen’s playful and distinctive design adds a touch of creativity and uniqueness to the brand, making it memorable.’
Andrea Grudda
As her website is 90% text, the visual identity of the Andrea Grudda brand is primarily influenced by Nikolai’s identity.
Competence Center for Water
Bureau Est have developed a completely new brand, website and literature concept for KWB using a customized Pangea.
MANA
The Pangea Typeface Collection corresponds to both the MANA design taste and its vision for sustainability.
Egna
In Autumn 2021, the new secondhand mall Egna opened its doors in the Norwegian city of Bodø. For their house font, Egna chose the upright styles of the eccentric McQueen, pointing out the strong contrasts and whimsical ink traps.
REA Group
The Pangea typefaces are now the new corporate fonts and used globally across Australia’s seventh largest digital brand, REA Group. The public company operates realestate.com.au, the country’s largest real estate platform.
Demostack
The cloud-based design tool Demostack was developed for the Sales, Marketing and Partnership Managers of SaaS companies to set up, control and maintain a product demo environment. Demostack’s visual identity and digital design makes great use of Pangea Text.
The Spirited Garden
After years of developing brand concepts for others, the Rotterdam designer Emily van Vught launched her own brand called The Spirited Garden. Its typography is set in Nikolai, stimulating imagination, while small print, set in Pangea, provides transparent information.
b-good
With the evolution from B2B to B2C business, a revamp and revision of b-good’s visual identity became necessary. Creative Director, Merve Gülay chose Turbine as their house font.
KARAK
Perhaps the rebelliously constructed letters K and k were the calling card that opened the door to Nikolai as a brand font for KARAK tiles.
Gropyus
On the Gropyus website as well as in the app, the typefaces Pangea and Pangea Text perform excellently, exuding confidence and credibility.
Berlin
The Be Berlin campaign got its unmistakable profile from the typeface Change, which later was used across the city’s communication.
s.Oliver
In the summer of 2021, fashion label s.Oliver reformed its brand identity in collaboration with the Munich agency Serviceplan: a new logo, new tagline and a new house font, Case.
The Blufftop at Rocheport
The Blufftop at Rocheport is a trailside vineyard retreat located ten miles west of Columbia off Interstate 70. Among other typefaces, it uses West.
L’Amour du Pain
‘Designing a new brand is about avoiding clichés.’ At the heart of the boulangerie-patisserie’s brand design is Nikolai. The agency’s goal was a contemporary, fresh appearance without losing sight of tradition.
K’UP Agency
On the website of kleinundpläcking, Case is used in Regular and Bold, where it shows its strength in terms of readability and clarity.
Kintell
Kintell is an Australian technology company specializing in video-based learning: from 1-to-1 expert advice to solutions for teams and companies. Its choice of Pangea Text as its font is therefore backed by experts.
Jonas Arleth
Ten years ago, Jonas Arleth started his career as an independent developer and trainer. Today, more than one million people a year attend his courses and projects which are designed using Pangea and Pangea Text.
Honey (PayPal)
Under the wing of Paypal, the Honey apps’s visual identity was also strengthened, among other things with the Pangea font family.
Foodspring
A young, dynamic font is part of the visual magic of a young, dynamic brand. The website team of the direct-to-consumer startup for sports nutrition opted for Pangea Text.
Magnitude
A year before the acquisition, Magnitude prepared itself: with a revised visual identity in which the fonts, Pangea and Pangea Text play a leading role.

Making a typographic impact in dark blue on a light green background is Ika Black, the second most powerful of the nine weights in the Ika family.
Font Engineering for ZDF Corporate Font
The design studio bBox completely revamped and redesigned the corporate typeface for Germany’s largest TV channel, with Fontwerk responsible for font engineering. Taking a lead from Helvetica was the guiding goal and brief from the ZDF.

The KRAVT website has undergone a full revamp – using the Case typeface – and now shines in new splendor. It goes without saying that they practice what they preach.
Coronado Bikes
Coronado’s three brand values are: locally made, quality and love for the environment – these qualities and values are reflected in the logotype which is set in Nikolai.
Koppla
With its broad proportions, super elliptical curves and close spacing, Turbine embodies what craftspeople require: stability, precision and harmony.
Capitale Design Studio
The website of the German-Austrian design office Capitale is a feast for typographers’ eyes. Three words – set in the idiosyncratic geometric sans serif font West – on three lines fill the screen.
