Katrin Terwiel
With McQueen, Cigarsauerkraut’s art director Enrico Kunze found the perfect match for Psychotherapist Katrin Terwiel’s vision.
Semi-Custom Font for Seibert
Seibert turned to us because McQueen was already being considered as the new corporate font – as part of the gradual redesign of the visual identity. Two logo fonts were built in just six weeks, which ensure comfortable and safe use of the variants for all employees.
Aicono
Typographically, the Aicono brand is carried by McQueen. Designer A. Bjerk explains: ‘McQueen’s playful and distinctive design adds a touch of creativity and uniqueness to the brand, making it memorable.’
Egna
In Autumn 2021, the new secondhand mall Egna opened its doors in the Norwegian city of Bodø. For their house font, Egna chose the upright styles of the eccentric McQueen, pointing out the strong contrasts and whimsical ink traps.
Ordinary Lifee
McQueen’s strong stroke width contrasts and deep cuts in curve transitions ensure that it gives the identity of Ordinary Lifee a distinctive profile.
Ridley Howard ‘Shorelines’
When Creative Director Magnus Naddermier was hired by the Paris-based gallery Andréhn-Schiptjenko to design ‘Shorelines’—the first publication covering the works of American painter Ridley Howard—he decided to use the Display variant of the McQueen family.
EPFL+ECAL Lab Exhibition
During the ‘Salone internazionale del Mobile’, the EPFL + ECAL Lab organized the ‘Hands on Vision’ exhibition. A previously unpublished version of McQueen served the organizers as a suitable font for displaying the accompanying static information.
