Wilde Elbe
The 200-page photo book was designed by the Munich design office of Schmid/Widmaier. The headlines and captions are set in West.
MSC Cruises
Geneva-based brand agency Magic Pencil was commissioned to completely revamp the third largest cruise brand in the world – from the website through to the printed materials. For MSC Cruises’ corporate font, they chose Pangea.

Hamburg Sustainability Conference 2024
There was really only one suitable typeface for the visual identity of a conference on sustainability: Pangea.
Neue Sachlichkeit
The Kunsthalle Mannheim is dedicating a major exhibition to the phenomenon of “New Objectivity”. The accompanying exhibition catalog is set in Daniel Perraudin’s West typeface.
Semi-Custom Font for Seibert
Seibert turned to us because McQueen was already being considered as the new corporate font – as part of the gradual redesign of the visual identity. Two logo fonts were built in just six weeks, which ensure comfortable and safe use of the variants for all employees.
Iberdrola
‘Pangea is a digital, versatile, and easily recognizable typeface family, serving as a crucial asset for Iberdrola.’, Design Bridge and Partners designer Marco Walker states.
Powerhouse
Melbourne-based design studio Side By Side chose Pangea for the visual identity of the Australian environmental company Powerhouse.
Granada Limpia
Colorful illustrations by Barcelona-based cartoonist and comic book writer Genie Espinosa paired with Nikolai.
Solomiya № 2
After the first edition, the designers were so ‘thrilled with the smooth appearance of the typeface’ that Nice (Poster, Headline and Text) was being used again in the 2nd edition.
MANA
The Pangea Typeface Collection corresponds to both the MANA design taste and its vision for sustainability.
The Map of Beauty
Case Micro was being used for Marco Kugel’s documentary film ‘The Map of Beauty’. Since the documentary is mainly viewed on TV or streamed, the choice of the right font plays a decisive role in the legibility of the text overlays.
Egna
In Autumn 2021, the new secondhand mall Egna opened its doors in the Norwegian city of Bodø. For their house font, Egna chose the upright styles of the eccentric McQueen, pointing out the strong contrasts and whimsical ink traps.
Berliner Hochschule für Technik
In 2021, the Beuth University of Applied Sciences became the BHT. To mark the occasion, the university launched a new corporate design featuring Case and Nice Text fonts.
The Spirited Garden
After years of developing brand concepts for others, the Rotterdam designer Emily van Vught launched her own brand called The Spirited Garden. Its typography is set in Nikolai, stimulating imagination, while small print, set in Pangea, provides transparent information.
b-good
With the evolution from B2B to B2C business, a revamp and revision of b-good’s visual identity became necessary. Creative Director, Merve Gülay chose Turbine as their house font.
KARAK
Perhaps the rebelliously constructed letters K and k were the calling card that opened the door to Nikolai as a brand font for KARAK tiles.
Environment Agent
Supermarker sparks customer interest in busy and distracting shopping situations, but it attracts even more attention in the classroom.
Gropyus
On the Gropyus website as well as in the app, the typefaces Pangea and Pangea Text perform excellently, exuding confidence and credibility.
Berlin
The Be Berlin campaign got its unmistakable profile from the typeface Change, which later was used across the city’s communication.
Berlin Fire Brigade
The Berlin Fire Brigade is the largest one in Germany. Berlin also ranks 5th in the world, coming after Tokyo, New York, Paris and London. It uses Alessio Leonardi’s Change typeface which has been made publicly available by Fontwerk.
Solomiya
Photographers Sebastian Wells and Vsevolod Kazarin decided to start a project with and about young people in Ukraine and so the foundation was laid for an extraordinary art magazine – set in Nice Poster and Nice Text.
The Blufftop at Rocheport
The Blufftop at Rocheport is a trailside vineyard retreat located ten miles west of Columbia off Interstate 70. Among other typefaces, it uses West.
L’Amour du Pain
‘Designing a new brand is about avoiding clichés.’ At the heart of the boulangerie-patisserie’s brand design is Nikolai. The agency’s goal was a contemporary, fresh appearance without losing sight of tradition.
Sundance Festival
Many famous directors have celebrated their breakthroughs at the largest independent film gathering in the US, including Quentin Tarantino, the Coen brothers and Jim Jarmusch. The 2022 edition used the Pangea family as its house font.
Kintell
Kintell is an Australian technology company specializing in video-based learning: from 1-to-1 expert advice to solutions for teams and companies. Its choice of Pangea Text as its font is therefore backed by experts.
Honey (PayPal)
Under the wing of Paypal, the Honey apps’s visual identity was also strengthened, among other things with the Pangea font family.
Foodspring
A young, dynamic font is part of the visual magic of a young, dynamic brand. The website team of the direct-to-consumer startup for sports nutrition opted for Pangea Text.
Koppla
With its broad proportions, super elliptical curves and close spacing, Turbine embodies what craftspeople require: stability, precision and harmony.
Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister
In Dresden’s world famous museum, West’s capital letters are used almost exclusively, center justified, which corresponds to the typographical conventions of the Baroque period.
Schaumberg Apple Juice
Designer Stefanie Schönig was hired by the municipality of Tholey to create the label and glasses for the town’s own apple juice. She chose the highly versatile headline, poster and logo font Nikolai.
Space Cocktails
Jörg Hemker created this beautiful fictitious use case to illustrate Ika Compact’s capabilities for both packaging and advertising purposes.
End of Life Times
A newspaper about death? As if that doesn’t get attention already, the creative team chose an exceptionally characterful font for it. Used on the cover and in the headlines, Nikolai can capture attention without taking away the dignity of the serious topic.
Cover Studies
