Lonely Planet
In 2022, the world’s largest provider of independent travel and language guides, Lonely Planet, commissioned Garrett Elizabeth Office with a redesign of the brand. The publisher licensed Pangea and even received some Condensed weights before their official publication.
Wilde Elbe
The 200-page photo book was designed by the Munich design office of Schmid/Widmaier. The headlines and captions are set in West.
Scarlet Imprint
For the typesetting of Frater Acher’s ‘Holy Heretics’ and ‘Holy Daimon’, editor and designer Alkistis Dimech chose Romaine by Aad van Dommelen.

The Turin-based creative agency Tundra Office was responsible for the visual identity of the renowned literary prize 3466. For the memorable logo, the website and all printed and digital marketing materials, they also used some of Pangea’s styles.
Neue Sachlichkeit
The Kunsthalle Mannheim is dedicating a major exhibition to the phenomenon of “New Objectivity”. The accompanying exhibition catalog is set in Daniel Perraudin’s West typeface.
Solomiya № 2
After the first edition, the designers were so ‘thrilled with the smooth appearance of the typeface’ that Nice (Poster, Headline and Text) was being used again in the 2nd edition.
Berlin Fire Brigade
The Berlin Fire Brigade is the largest one in Germany. Berlin also ranks 5th in the world, coming after Tokyo, New York, Paris and London. It uses Alessio Leonardi’s Change typeface which has been made publicly available by Fontwerk.
Solomiya
Photographers Sebastian Wells and Vsevolod Kazarin decided to start a project with and about young people in Ukraine and so the foundation was laid for an extraordinary art magazine – set in Nice Poster and Nice Text.
200 Years of the Frauenbad
To mark the 200th anniversary of the Frauen- und Carolinenbad in the Austrian spa town of Baden, an exhibition at the Arnulf Rainer Museum documented its history.The accompanying catalog is based on a perfect combination of Case and Nikolai.
Ridley Howard ‘Shorelines’
When Creative Director Magnus Naddermier was hired by the Paris-based gallery Andréhn-Schiptjenko to design ‘Shorelines’—the first publication covering the works of American painter Ridley Howard—he decided to use the Display variant of the McQueen family.
End of Life Times
A newspaper about death? As if that doesn’t get attention already, the creative team chose an exceptionally characterful font for it. Used on the cover and in the headlines, Nikolai can capture attention without taking away the dignity of the serious topic.
